JB Garage used& new tires

Went there to get two used tires. I have been here many times before and JB has been great but who ever the younger guy is does not know what he is doing and will try to rip you off. I took one of my tires back because it went flat within days and the guy said the valve stem was leaking so he tightened it. A few days later tire was flat again took it back and paid for him to put a new valve stem in. A few days later it was again flat. The younger guy this time tells me my rim is rotting from the inside out and pushing the tire but he will clean it up for me. (This makes no sense considering my old tires never leaked they were just bald.) After he comes back out he winds up telling me that my rim was bent and he had bent it back and was charging me for that. I finally had enough and spoke to JB he did not have me pay but still this is ridiculous and if people are that dishonest or do not know what they are talking about I will just shop elsewhere in the future. I will update if my tire again goes flat but I will not take it back to them as I’m sure I will just hear lies. Might have gotten a bad tire unless they bent my rim when they were smacking it with a sledge hammer which also b

Went to go get a rear tire put on to replace my flat. When my father and I got there they didn’t have the right size for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were too small but they said it would be ok because they were “rear tires” Not many days after that my other back tire went bad. We went back and again they didn’t have the right tire size putting another smaller tire (same size as the back) on the other side. A day later my car was making a terrible noise and driving terribly. It made the noise for about a week until I went SOMEWHERE ELSE to get it looked at. Come to find out it was the transmission gear shift control which was cause by them putting tires that weren’t the right size on my car just to get some money from me. I have small children and I rely heavily on my car to get them where they need to go. Not to mention I DoorDash, which messed with my money I make on the side. This could have cause major damage to my car let alone something bad could have happened while my family and I were in it. The other tire place we went to simply put the same size tires to replace the wrong ones this place put on. Thankfully my car is now driving smoothly. I’ll NEVER go here again and I’ve

I cannot thank this place enough, hit a pothole in Massillon that put a gash in my tire and I didn’t have a spare. I called them and he said cancel the tow truck and he came out on the side of 30 and took the tire back and replaced it. Rare to see places go above and beyond to help. I am so thankful.

We blew a tire only an hour after leaving Cleveland and wanted another spare. They took care of us! Had a used tire in the size we needed, mounted and balanced it on our rim. Took less than 30 minutes and only $50. Staff was also very personable and friendly! Definitely recommend.
